[OSGeo-Discuss] Logo competition of FOSS4G 2015 Seoul!!

Dear Cameron,

My name is Heegu Park and I’m also a member of LOC of FOSS4G Seoul 2015. I
want to give you a brief explanation about the logo candidates. I will be in
Portland next week.!!

A. - It is created based on logo of FOSS4G Korea which we’ve been using for
4 times of FOSS4G Korea event. The colors of the string on the top is
normally and popularly used for traditional Korean costume called Hanbok.

B. - The colors are also from ones normally and popularly used for
traditional Korean costumes(Hanbok). The shape on top is created based on
Korean letters 'ㅅ' and 'ㅇ' which are popularly used on our own language.

C. - The colors are from ones normally and popularly used for traditional
Korean costumes(Hanbok) like A or B. The one with a face is created based on
Korean letter 'ㅎ' which is best beloved Korean letters internationally. We
just make it a little bit personalized.

Hi Sanghee,
Please excuse my cultural ignorance, but I'm interested to understand the
significance of the themes behind the Seoul FOSS4G images. Would you mind
helping us with selecting by explaining the images?
