We must all be very careful with wording like "manning" something.  It 
is a sexist term, that should be replaced with "staffing" the booth, for 
example.

I am usually very respectful, but this was a mistake.  I thank someone 
for pointing this out to me directly, and I hope my public mistake can 
help the community learn from it.  Everyone in the community must follow 
a code of conduct, at all times.
