I'll also take this opportunity to re-extend an invitation to OSGeo
developers to the Code Sprint that will be held in Philadelphia on Fri, Nov
21, the day after the Philadelphia tour stop.  We are inviting both OSGeo
and LocationTech projects to hack together at the Azavea offices.  You can
