[OSGeo-Discuss] [OSGeo Elections 2015] Nomination for Oscar López

[Mauricio Miranda]

+1 for Oscar.

He is one of the most active contributors to the FOSS4G in Argentina. He
has built several tools to help different organisations (mainly government)
to adopt the free software and replace their "dark side" tools. This is the
kind of guys we need to evangelice about what we do.
