Last week, Karl Donert (President, EUROGEO and Director of European Centre of Excellence digital-earth.eu) , gave an excellent presentation on "Leadership in Geography education" at the International Geographical Union (IGU) 2015 Regional Congress http://www.igu2015.ru<http://www.igu2015.ru/> in Moscow.
The slides of the presentation are available at http://www.slideshare.net/karldonert/leadership-in-geography which i thought to share with the wider community as i think it is important not only to all geographers but also everyone who have interest in learning and understanding the world and helping build a better world for our future generations.
We thank Karl for also sharing GeoforAll ideas to the wider IGU community . I really hope we will be able to build more synergies with IGU and other scientific organisations. We are grateful for having excellent ambassadors[1] like Karl who help share the ideas and principles of "Making geospatial education and opportunities accessible to all".
So if you are at any events/conferences, please do present about Geo4All and be our “Geo for All” Ambassador[1]. The overview slides are available for download from our website , which you can make use of as needed.
Best wishes,
Suchith
