[OSGeo-Discuss] [OSGeo Elections 2015] Nomination for Gonzalo Pérez

+1 to this nomination, as Jeff said, it was great to see the passion
Gonzalo, César, Javier and the rest of the Buenos Aires Geoinquietos
team put not only on that event but also afterwards promoting both
Open Source but also Open Data.
