This is also an opportunity to thank the selfless work and kind contributions of thousands of volunteer contributors (from educators to developers to translators). In less than one decade, OSGeo software and technologies have become the major contributor for the global geospatial economy and used by millions of users in academia, governments and business worldwide and rapidly increasing.

On behalf of "Geo for All' http://www.geoforall.org , we are very grateful for all the thousands of volunteers for their contributions to open knowledge and being good global citizens by helping spread the benefits of geospatial software, education and opportunities to all. Central to "Geo for All" mission is the belief that knowledge is a public good and Open Principles in Education will provide great opportunities for everyone.

We look forward to welcoming you to be part of Openness in Geoeducation http://www.osgeo.org/node/1494

Best wishes,

Suchith
