[OSGeo-Discuss] Calling SAARC countries OSM users

OpenStreetMaps is the canvas we all (many of us) develop our Geospatial
data, in South Asea.

1. Are there any issues adding vital data (other than military/security) to
OSM..?
2. How do you prefer the finished product on the web.. Do you use a cloud
out side your country for the web-application..
    Any issues with it.?
3. pl provide us link to the existing LAW/Directives.
    Wish to put them together for OSGeo Open Geospatial data endeavour.
