Hi Patrick,

Good catch.

I did see the OSGeo Treasurer (Mike) and former treasurer (Daniel) 
talking about our PayPal service last month, I believe the issue is that 
we moved bank accounts recently from Canada to the U.S. and that PayPal 
is still linked to the old account.  I'll bring this up with 
Mike/treasurer.  Thanks!
