[OSGeo-Discuss] Renaming FOSS4G

My 0.01 cent,
actually I don't think we have obtained permission to use it... as nobody
own it.
...OSGeo is the expression of FOSS4G, like the PSC of a project is the
expression of the project community...
Exactly like QGIS look for creating a legal body foss4g did it in the past
with OSGeo, a federation foundation for all FOSS4G communities.
