[OSGeo-Discuss] Board elections

My Dear OSGeo Charter members,
the board election date 26th Sept is just a few days away.

Charter members only can vote for the Board and so it is The Most Important
Duty.

If anything, regional representation is of great significance, especially
in the Developing Countries. So please give a thought to this ..
