we implemented and realizedin the recent years (University of Sao Paulo),  

different coursesabout SDI and E-GOV,

for different academiccareers (public administration, environmental conservation, informationsystems,

like:http://disciplinas.stoa.usp.br/pluginfile.php/365935/mod_resource/content/1/Ementa%20TopES.pdf),

all of them FOSS andFOSS4GIS based,

exploring particularlyQGIS and POSTGIS, but, of course,

not limited to just onetool.

is there nobody who has a course about PostreSQL to be put in the list

there nobody who has suggestions about where to find an excellent course?
