Dear CRO,

I would like to nomination Vasanthi Hargyono(vasanthi.hargyono at gmail.com 
<mailto:vasanthi.hargyono at gmail.com>) for OSGeo Charter Membership. 
Vasanthi has been a wonderful advocate for OSGeo in Indonesia for quite 
some time. She's involved in the InaSAFE project and teaching/advocating 
for OpenStreetMap through her work at the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap 
Team. I believe she would be a great asset to OSGeo and the further 
growth in Indonesia and elsewhere in SE Asia.
