Dear CRO,

I would like to nominate Denis Rouzaud for OSGeo Charter Member.

Denis is an active member of the QGIS community. At SIGE, he started the
development of QWAT, a solution for water network management.
He is a strong supporter of OpenSource GIS, active participant in the
Swiss QGIS user group and participates in getting OpenSource GIS
projects funded.
