It is my honour to second this thank you to Victoria. I'm sure many out
there haven't had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Victoria
yet, who along with Serena share their FOSS4G passion through their work
throughout Africa, from their Geo4All lab at the University of Pretoria.
I can tell you that Victoria has that rare character that makes being
a part of this global community so special; she's energetic, passionate
and is a leader, who's absolutely ready to burst onto the world scene -
yet she'll be sure to give you a good laugh as well ha. The last time I
saw her at an event, right after the event finished we went on a
rollercoaster ride together, in the spur of the moment, ha! It's those
moments of fun and sharing, that we all cherish in this community so
much, and can never forget. Thanks Victoria, from all of OSGeo, for
being you! :)
