[OSGeo-Discuss] 52°North WPS 3.6.1. enables GML 3.2 data integration

52°North announces a new WPS release. In addition to several bus fixes, 
the 52°North WPS 3.6.1 has integrated improved GML 3.2 parsing making it 
the only WPS implementation ready to read GML 3.2 data!
