Dear OSGeo community,

I strongly support Nicolas nomination.

Alongside all the qualities portrayed by Markus that attest Nicolas is 
prepared for the position, I consider his selection into the OSGeo board 
would also bring an infusion of enthusiasm, kindness, and constructive 
curiosity into the leadership of our community.
