[OSGeo-Discuss] [Election 2016] Nominations reminder and campaign proposal

Im also an 'interested party' and would definitely like an extra week
to prepare answers to the simple question that Nikos proposes, but
also think its a good idea if we replicate the Candidate Manifesto
page for 2016 and all of us write something there. Jorge can you setup
the stub?
