[OSGeo-Discuss] Charter member nominations period

I just published the meeting mins on the board, those included the time
frames and the new voting procedure passed at last years F2F meeting in
Bonn.

However I agree Sara that the CRO has not yet made their announcement (and
may need a moment to write up how nominations work).
