[OSGeo-Discuss] Charter Member nomination for Guido Stein

Thank you Michael for putting my name forward. I am honored and encouraged
by the supportive feedback from the community.

I hope that my work with FOSS4G and the new local/national US chapter
(still in formation) will continue to grow and strengthen our community. It
is really exciting for me to introduce so many to our community.
