[OSGeo-Discuss] Gogs upgraded to Gitea: update your repository URLs

I've upgraded the technology behind the experimental OSGeo GIT hosting
service from Gogs to Gitea and changed service URL as part of that:
from https://git.osgeo.org/gogs to https://git.osgeo.org/gitea.

While HTTP redirects are in place, you may want to update your
bookmarks and git configurations.

An easy way to deal with git configurations would be runinng the
following command in each of your git repositories with a
registered OSGeo service remote:

  sed -i 's|osgeo.org/gogs/|osgeo.org/gitea/|' .git/config
