Tomorrow morning we'll upgrade the OSGeo Trac service software
to the recently released version 1.2.
The upgrade process implies a period of downtime which in the best
scenario will be of about 10 minutes, but could extend to more in
case of troubles.
The scheduled time on major world cities:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=OSGeo+Trac+service+downtime&iso=20170201T0830&p1=1440&ah=1
During the downtime period you'll be unable to reach trac.osgeo.org
pages. I hadn't tested but SVN update hooks updating trac *might*
fail preventing a commit to go through. Just try again after one
hour if that happens.
Relevant ticket (but will be unreachable during downtime):
https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1816
We'll be available on the #osgeo and #telascience IRC channels
on Freenode network if you want to help with the process.
