[OSGeo-Discuss] [Board] OSGeo is the host of FOSS4G not a guest

As a (nominal) Charter Member, I personally couldn't care about this issue. As long as everyone involved is for the same higher purpose, who is sponsoring who or supporting what is just details. Move on and focus on the bigger tasks.
