HI all

I heartedly second this nomination.

Many of you know María from her last talks on diversity but she's been
active in all kinds of activities in OSGeo and OSGeo Spanish Local Chapter
since 2011 or so, leading the Spanish spoken community and especially, the
local group in Seville that simply would not happen with her tireless
energy and passion.

I'm totally sure she'll do a great job as a Director of the Foundation.
