[OSGeo-Discuss] Board nomination: Helena Mitasova

I would also like to second/support Helena’s nomination. Having her on the OSGeo board for a second term will make it possible to have continuity in the initiatives she has started, such as those in GeoForAll.

Helena has been serving as vice-president, covering the North American region, and gathering everyone together for the 2017 AGM.

She has also stepped up during the website/rebranding activity this year helping untangle GeoForAll’s requirements,
attending weekly meetings with encouragement and wisdom when we were stuck, and visiting Get Interactive offices person.

Helena is a wonderful advocate for our community, it would be great to see her re-elected for another term.
