I wanted to pass on an interesting article: How to manage casual
contributors to open source projects

I know the projects I work on have learned some of these lessons the hard
way, and we have a few effective strategies in place.

While I have noticed a real shift, what are other project teams
experiencing and do you have any good practices you would like to pass on?
