Dear all:
I congratulate the new board members. The new complete board looks
magnificent!!!!

I am having the pleasure of listening and talking with both Maria Brovelli
and María Arias de Reyna on the FOSS4G + State of The Map 2017 in Buenos
Aires, Argentina, and I can assure that their knowledge and commitment is
noticeable.
