[OSGeo-Discuss] My feelings about board elections

Hi Frank,
that is being Frank. +1 indeed about an equitable distribution of Board
around the Globe/Regions (other than North America Europe and Australia).
The users are in greater numbers in the developing world, and the very
welcome businesses are in the developed world.

+1 for your lines
