Dear CRO,

It is my great pleasure to nominate Rohit Reddy [1]
as a Charter Member to OSGeo.

He is a young researcher who has shown dedication and commitment
to the OSGeo mission. He is an active member of the OSGeo India Local
Chapter.  He was has participated of GSoC projects and contributed
to pgRouting (OSGeo Community Project). He  is currently
servers as a mentor and will represent OSGeo at the GSoC Mentor
Summit 2017.

He conducts his R&D using FOSS4G tools. His keen interest in promoting
and developing OSGeo software will makes him a great choice for
nomination as Charter Member for OSGeo.

I have obtained consent form Rohit before filing his nomination.
