Dear CRO's,

I am glad to nominate Gildas Junior Boko for OSGeo Charter Member.

Gildas is very passionate and an active promoter of GRASS-GIS and OSGeo, 
notably in Africa. As reminder, he share the idea last year to organise 
FOSS4G and OSGeo Africa [1]. He teaches GIS at his university in Benin 
and also collaborates with us teaching FOSS4G to professionals from a 
host of African countries.
