As a charter member from OSGeo-PDX, I happily nominate Neil Revello to 
be part of the incoming charter member group of 2017.

<http://portlandoregon.gov>. I have verified that he is open to nomination.

Neil has been an active member of our local chapter for many years, and 
played a vital role in organizing and implementing our international 
hosting of FOSS4G-2014.

He exemplifies the "positive attributes" of a charter member, 
particularly in his diversity of interests.

He is also active in our local URISA chapter, especially with the annual 
conference.

Neil will be a great addition to our charter membership.
