I'm happy to second the nomination for Caroline Bennett, (nomination #73).

I note that the membership process states "A nomination must be seconded 
by at least one other charter member"
(at https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Membership_Process) but there is no 
mention of how this is done, I'm assuming this email suffices.
