That is correct, service providers interested in being listed please login
with your osgeo userid
<https://www.osgeo.org/community/getting-started-osgeo/osgeo_userid/> and
make a "service provider" post. We just introduced roles, so you will need
to request the "service provider author" role before after logging in with
your OSGeo UserId.
