Dear board,

Congratulations for the new president and the three vice-presidents!
With this team we can be better officially represented all over the globe.

Also congratulations for Michael and Astrid as they volunteer to take up
a resposible role in our organisation.

And last but not least, congratulations to Jody for taking the
responsibility for the position as chair of the board.

I am sure this is the result of a strong team, and I express my trust
and support to OSGeo to continue the good work of spreading the message
about a more open and transparant world!
