[OSGeo-Discuss] Charter members list

Sorry for that, I reported this on SAC list and Twitter but not here: 
our host (the OSUOSL lab) is experiencing an issue and we are tackling. 
(other OSGeo services such as git, trac, wiki, mail, old site not affected)

The issue seems to have started around 8:30 EST
