12 years of huge growth of Japan OSGeo community makes me that it is the time to support younger generation as an individual contributor.
Iwasaki-san has strong leadership and has been one of the most active contributors to Japan community.
I will continue to be a part of OSGeo community with passion.

Jeff, we miss you very much and wish to have fun talk with you in the future.
