Happy Geography Awareness Week to everyone. I would like to share a great video compilation by Nicera Kimani that I came across.


Nicera is a young woman from Kibera helping informal settlement in data collection and mapping. FOSS4G was her first time ever interacting with other colleagues in the geospatial community across the world. This video is what she made using her phone, and was produced by phone! I thank Nicera Kimani’s for her wonderful gift to the global community.
