[OSGeo-Discuss] Invitation to participate in the 2018 OSGeo Charter Member elections

Exactly, I had to check CV of some persons to vote or avoid to vote them...
I noticed som corporative persons and other with lack of CV for a decent
nomination, but probably because I missed their introductions.
