Good on you María, you've done a wonderful job! Thanks for your huge
contribution of time and energy over the last couple of years.

You've taken a strong position on diversity and inclusion in particular,
and I think it has made a big impact, thank you so much for that :)

We're moving in a really positive direction, and I'm proud to be a part of
this community.
