Thank you Nobusuke! You should be all setup now (made you an editor also so
you can publish once you write the page).

In addition to adding a new event <http://www.osgeo.org/events/> you should
also be able to edit the local chapter page
<https://www.osgeo.org/local-chapters/osgeo-japan-chapter/> (which looks
very empty).
