I contacted Nicolas Paparoditis (Director of the ISPRS Congress) and I have a meeting with him next Tuesday. He will tell me how the Forum will be organised. Please add your email to the wiki page in such a way that I will directly  write to the people interested in collaborating to the organisation instead of spamming the discuss mailing list.
If there is somebody from the industrial branch of the community who want to take the leadership for the Pavilion, this is the last call.

As a follow up to Maria’s call, as you probably know, we have a MoU
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/MOU_ISPRS with ISPRS and these kind of
activities are good examples of opportunities that the MoU covers. I
have set up a wiki page where you can sign up  if you are interested in
helping out to organize an OSGeo Pavilion and a forum (or several fora)
on all things Open-Geo at the ISPRS congress in Nice in 2020.
