[OSGeo-Discuss] Fw: Help

Hello everyone,

I am using QGIS 3.6.3 Noosa version but something is going wrong. I can not install OpenLayers plugin, I can not access openstreets map, QOSM is not working properly. I can not do any image classification.  I need your help. Could you please share a link of updated version?
