[OSGeo-Discuss] Join us at the FOSS4G 2019 Community Sprint Saturday 31 August 2019 Bucharest

Once nice idea from foss4gna was to recognize those participating in the
sprint with a discount to event attendance.

We had the advantage of having the sprint beforehand so we could see who
qualified.

Perhaps an idea for future events.
