The Association of Geographic Information Laboratories in Europe (AGILE) developments might be of interest.

For the first time, the 2020 AGILE Conference [1] will support and encourage high transparency and reproducibility of research submissions. The AGILE Reproducible Paper guidelines at https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/CB7Z8

This might be something FOSS4G conferences can learn ideas from (esp for Academic Track). We have an MoU with AGILE, so good opportunity to learn and build ideas for the future.

Best wishes,

Suchith
