I'm planning to do some patch updates to OSGeo7 host in a couple of hours.

This will cause some period of downtime on 

Main website: www.osgeo.org
Download.osgeo.org
Trac.osgeo.org
Git.osgeo.org

I don't expect the downtime to be more than 1/2 hr.  I will send another
notice just before and just after.
