We've put in a patch which will hopefully solve the issue of wiki to LDAP migrated users not having rights to edit pages. If you still continue to have issues after, please post to the below ticket https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2599 I'll keep the ticket open for another 2 weeks to see if anyone else still continues to have issues.
