Dear all,

This is a kind reminder to all OSGeo projects that *we welcome 'state of
the art' talks* as well as other proposals, i.e., round tables, discussion
panels, lightning talks about how to contribute to your project in the
code-sprint track, etc.

Furthermore, we can also offer rooms for any project's special meetings.

We look forward to seeing your contributions and hearing from you!
