Hello all,

The nominations to be valid nominations need to have a profile page for the
nominee and the person that is nominating on the OSGeo Web site.
If you are having problems creating the profile page:
* You need to have an OSGeo ID [1]
[1] https://www.osgeo.org/community/getting-started-osgeo/osgeo_userid/
* Then you sign in to the OSGeo website with your ID.
If you have any problems with creating the profile don't hesitate to let me
know.
