Yes :-)
It is actually:
Wiki-Madi ... account in progress of converting (which got stuck as with many).

https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Special:UserRights
Enter a username: Wiki-Madi

I unchecked the following groups (anybody in these groups can't edit)
[ ] wiki account
[ ] account in progress of converting

Converted users should be in at least this group:

[x] merged account

Reason: Fix edit access

Saved.
Can you try logging out and logging back in?

Thank you Markus. I tried and got the following error:  Cannot log into LDAP with a prefixed username
