This is a note for those folks who upload content to download.osgeo.org

>From now on please use upload.osgeo.org

For osgeo7 to hop across servers -- use  hop.osgeo7.osgeo.org

We are going to be distributing the load on download.osgeo.org across
servers, so if you are using download.osgeo.org you may not be hitting the
source server.
